We will look at and identify legitimate issues with photographic and written evidence.
Unlike some Independent Inspectors, we are not there for our own personal vendetta against builders or to instil fear or false facts to the client.
While some builders can cut corners and purposefully overlook bad craftsmanship, most are more than happy and willing to work with Independent Inspectors with any issues found.

Yes! We have Complete Build packages from frame stage all the way through to handover.
Alternatively we offer individual stage inspections for those who want it.
Complete Build packages start from $1800. Individual stages from $400 depending on your build.

Re-inspections are not required but can always be arranged for an additional cost if you would feel more comfortable with one.
Yes you can!
We understand that sometimes the build doesn't always hit its intended dates. With enough notice we can reschedule an inspection.
Minimum of 24 hours notice is required to prevent a reschedule fee.
Not at all. Once you have booked your inspection (and advised your site supervisor of this booking) we will complete a thorough inspection of your build and provide you with a detailed report for you to read.
